Configuration Manager
8x8, 2015. An online portal where administrators set up and manage their company’s phone system. It merged two older admin tools into one. Design director and me, a PM, a content writer and 8 engineers.
8x8 online store
8x8, 2014–2015. A self-service catalog so small businesses can buy phone service without talking to sales. About 30% time saved for sales reps, and 30% monthly growth in self-serve sign-ups.
Physician analytics
Startup client. A care analytics engine that helps physicians step in early for high-risk patients. Research with three physicians in an accountable care organization.
Healthcare Manager
Startup client. A web app for case managers and social workers caring for high-risk patients at home, built from contextual interviews with case workers.
DealFlo
Startup client. A native iOS app where bankers, attorneys, accountants and other professionals exchange referrals with trusted partners.
PetMatch
Concept project. A responsive app with two-way matching for adopters and shelter volunteers, built from a survey, shelter interviews and competitive analysis.
Post-It
Concept project. A design exercise for a logistics company: track, analyze and optimize outbound deliveries from shipper to recipient.
